Session Description

We are partnering with Sandisk for a special volunteer-led STEM collaboration event designed for high school students in grades 10–12. During this session, students will get an inside look at Sandisk through a guided tour, learn directly from engineers about their work, and explore how technology, engineering, and problem-solving come together in the real world.

Students will also take part in interactive activities, including a hackathon and robotics challenge, where they will collaborate with peers and mentors to design, build, and solve creative technical problems. This event is a great opportunity for students interested in engineering, computer science, robotics, or technology careers to gain exposure, ask questions, and build confidence through hands-on learning.

The event will take place on Monday, June 1st, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Sandisk HQ in Milpitas, CA. Spots are limited, and students can sign up at bayareastemacademy.org/sandisk.
