At all of our sessions, we present a clear challenge and let the students come with a solution themselves, with some guidance from our mentors.

Creativity is encouraged- we don't do everything by the book. When students think outside the box, we find that they come up with better solutions.

Our sessions emphasize collaboration, teaching students to communicate effectively, share ideas, and combine their strengths!
